dat-a-ccurate has made additions, and changes in the way information is handled and protected in order to comply with the provisions of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). dat-a-ccurate only processes personal data when the Data Subject has given consent, to enforce a legal agreement, to fulfill a contract, and if we have a legitimate interest. For services that include processing personal data of EU citizens, Data Processing Addendum is enforced and transfer to subsequent third-parties, or sub-processors are covered in the agreement. We enforce confidentiality agreements with customers and third-parties to make sure your privacy is protected, and we ensure they implement appropriate security measures.

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

Response timing and format

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt.
